They search a symptom, not your name
Searches start with the problem: knee pain, IVF cost, child fever at night. If your site only lists departments and not the questions patients actually type, you are invisible at the first step.
Anna Nagar, Chennai
Ambizcon Health is the healthcare division of Ambizcon, a healthcare business solutions firm with roots in Australia. We help hospitals, clinics and doctors across Tamil Nadu get found on Google, on Maps, and inside AI assistants.
No lock-in pitch. A 30 minute call, then a written summary of what we would do.
A patient in Chennai is searching right now
Four places that answer can come from
If your practice is missing from any one of these, the enquiry goes to whoever is present on all four. That is the whole problem we work on.
What we do
Most practices start with two or three of these. The rest join when the first ones are producing measurable enquiries.
How patients actually choose
A patient with a symptom, a referral letter or a second opinion in mind runs the same short loop before they ever pick up the phone. Every step in that loop is somewhere you either appear or you do not.
Searches start with the problem: knee pain, IVF cost, child fever at night. If your site only lists departments and not the questions patients actually type, you are invisible at the first step.
For anything local, Google shows three business profiles before it shows a single website. Incomplete hours, thin photos and unanswered questions keep you out of those three.
Patients cannot judge your clinical skill, so they judge the signals they can read: recency of reviews, whether anyone replies, and how the practice handles a complaint in public.
Ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Overviews for a specialist and you get a short list, not ten blue links. Being cited in that list depends on structured, quotable, source-backed content.
A slow, unclear or mobile-hostile page loses the visit before your credentials are read. Speed, a visible phone number and one obvious next action do most of the work.
Most healthcare accounts optimise towards clicks because nobody wired up call tracking. The fix is unglamorous and it changes the economics of the whole account.
Why a generalist struggles here
A campaign that would be fine for a restaurant can put a registered practitioner in front of a medical council. The rules are specific, they apply to the doctor as well as the agency, and the platforms enforce their own layer on top.
Talk to a healthcare-only teamMedical council conduct regulations restrict how registered practitioners may advertise and solicit patients. An agency that ignores this exposes the client, not itself.
The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act restricts advertising cures for a defined list of conditions. Copy has to be written with that list in hand.
Google Ads applies a separate healthcare and medicines policy, including certification for some services. Disapprovals are usually a copy and landing page problem, not a bidding problem.
Enquiry forms, call recordings and chat logs carry health information. How they are stored and who can see them is a decision that gets made at build time or not at all.
This page describes how we approach compliance in our work. It is not legal advice. Final responsibility for what is published rests with the practice and its registered practitioners.

Book a free consultationSpecialty campaigns
A fertility patient, an oncology patient and a parent looking for a paediatrician search in completely different ways, at different times of day, with different levels of urgency. We build ad groups and content around that difference.
Not on the list? Tell us the specialty on the call. If we have not worked in it, we will say so.
How an engagement runs
The consultation and the audit are free and carry no obligation. You keep the audit document either way.
Thirty minutes on a call or at your practice. We ask what you are actually trying to fix: empty afternoon slots, a specific procedure, a new location, or a competitor who keeps appearing above you.
We review your site speed and structure, Google Business Profile, review pattern, current ads, tracking setup and the content gaps against patient questions. You get it as a written document with priorities in order.
We agree the channels, the specialties to lead with, the monthly budget split and the reporting cadence. Every piece of planned copy is checked against advertising rules and platform policy before anything is built.
Landing pages, tracking, profile fixes and campaign structure go live together, because launching ads into an untracked site wastes the first month of spend.
Search term reviews, negative keyword work, landing page tests, content added against the questions patients keep asking, and profile updates. Weekly in the first two months, then fortnightly.
One monthly report showing enquiries, calls, cost per enquiry by specialty, what changed, and what we are testing next. You keep admin access to every account we touch.
